Crestview Cove

Crestview Cove is a 10 unit cul-de-sac Town home project now under construction off of Monson St. just west and south of the Pocatello Idaho Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Homes on the east side of Crestview Cove will be built without basements and homes on the west side of Crestview Cove will be built with walk-out basements. There will be 4 different layouts to choose from, with those homes on lots 1-4 having basements and the homes on lots 5-10 without basements.

There will be a large common lot that is association maintained. Yards and driveways are association maintained. Check back or contact us for more information.
