Four Generations of Service
Satterfield Realty has withstood the test of time. Together with our subsidiary land company, Pocatello Creek Development Company, the Satterfield family has developed over 2500 residential and commercial lots in the Pocatello area.
Ammon Y (AY) Satterfield had vision and drive and together with three of his sons, Charles, Homer, and Jack, they built a real estate company centered on integrity and home town values.
Now in its fourth generation, Ryan Satterfield continues to manage the family companies based on those values.
The History of Satterfield Realty
Satterfield Realty and Development, Inc. has a history in Pocatello, Idaho dating back to 1914. Then, Ammon Y (AY) Satterfield, at the age of 31, moved to the city of Pocatello from Sterling, Idaho, a little farming community between Aberdeen and Blackfoot.

Ryan Satterfield
Ryan Satterfield is the current President of Satterfield Realty and Development, Inc., the parent company for Satterfield Builders. After graduating from Idaho State University with a degree in business, Ryan came into the family company as his father Kenneth Satterfield decided to retire. Ryan later completed his masters of business administration (MBA) with a specialization in Real Estate. Through the years Ryan has been involved in all aspects of the construction process including the managing of subdivision street development, home design and drafting, sales transaction paperwork processing and new home building estimations.
Steven Frei
Steven Frei has joined the Satterfield Realty team as the Vice President of Operations for Satterfield Realty and Development. He grew up in South East Idaho and graduated Cum Laude from Brigham Young University- Idaho. While attending college, he was a sales manager for five years. His personal and team sales were top tier in the company. Steven is looking forward to bringing his knowledge and expertise to help you with your new home experience.
Braden Hillebrant
Braden was born and raised in Southeast Idaho. While studying Business management with an emphasis in entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University - Idaho, Braden has gained experience in multiple industries ranging from gym management to retail RV sales. Braden has extensive experience helping customers make big ticket purchases in a smooth manner. With this unique blend of customer service and sales experience, Braden is looking forward to helping you throughout the process of getting you into a new home!
Mistie Peterson
Mistie came to Satterfield Realty & Development with experience in office operations. Her professional and organizational skills together with her caring personality assure that Satterfield Realty & Development's Office runs smoothly. Mistie also oversees the office social media and other advertising media.
Tony Satchwell
Especially knowledgeable in horse properties and small acreages, Tony is a competent agent with decades of real estate experience. Customers enjoy his jovial personality and approachability. His eagerness to assist you is evident in his quality service.
